FACTORS AFFECTING PROFITABILITY OF NON-LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES IN NEPAL

This study concludes that the growth rate and capital volume are the primary positive determinants influencing the profit of non-life insurance firms. The findings indicate that both the growth rate and capital volume positively affect R0E and R0A. Conversely, the size of the company negatively impacts the return on assets for non-life insurance in our nation. Therefore, an increase in the growth rate and capital volume correlates with an enhancement in ROE, while the opposite is true for non-life insurance in Nepal.
